We have made arrangements for conference pricing and rooms with two area hotels.

The rates are good for the 9th through 11th, so you can come the day before or stay for the weekend if you wish.

This Holiday Inn is located at the Francis Scott Key shopping mall, about 5 miles south of Hood College.

Make reservations by September 19 to be sure of getting the conference rate.

Ground Transportation Services

Prices listed are the current minimum rate for one-way transportation, and may vary depending on the airport or station. All are subject to change or added fuel surcharge.

Attendees should check with the hotels about transport from the hotel to Hood. Sometimes they can arrange for groups to go together, but due to the rising gas costs, many have cut back these complimentary trips - so attendees should check directly with the hotels.

If travelers identify themselves as CCSC attendees, the City Cab dispatcher will take the flight information and payment information from the attendees and will coordinate airport trips.

If you plan to travel by air or train, you may make arrangements to arrive on campus or at your hotel with one of the services listed above after your have confirmed your flight or train schedule.  It is best to make your reservation as early as possible.  Most cancellations must be received well in advance.  Rates are subject to change and most require payment in cash.  Please confirm with the service you select for their specific requirements.
